How to make file manager load in Joomla
The Flmngr module comes with a preconfigured version of TinyMCE. Once you've installed the Flmngr module for Joomla, ensure that you've enabled it as the default editor. To check, go to the Global Configuration → Site section. Find the Default Editor field and set it to Flmngr, if it hasn't already been selected.
