File manager not opening in Drupal

Since the Drupal module is a well-integrated solution, it automatically configures all required URLs and paths, and there are usually no errors when you call the file manager from CKEditor 4, CKEditor 5, or from the Drupal file field or image field.

In case you encounter such problems, please check these places to get more info:

  • Go to Reports → Recent log messages and see what the error was right after the call to Flmngr.
  • You can also check your Nginx/Apache error.log and access.log on the server.

Getting more info from these logs about the issue will help you to fix the problem.
